Directions for fitting your Mouth Trays
Step 1: Bring a pot of water to boiling point, remove from heat. Wait one minute before dipping the tray into the hot water. Hold by the tab on the front of the tray and dip into the water and leave for 5 seconds.
Warning: Leaving tray in hot water too long will cause it to fold over and stick to itself!
Step 2: Remove from water and immediately insert tray into your mouth. Using your fingers, firmly press the tray up on your teeth to form the perfect mold for whitening! Repeat this process to complete the other mold. You should now have molded top and bottom trays. You can cut off tabs as well as trim the tray for perfect fitting for your mouth.
