APTech high pressure diaphragm regulator.
REG 1 STAGE SS VCR LOW FLOW
AP1006S-3PW-FV4-FV4-L. Max intet 3500 PSI, Max outlet 60 PSI.
All ports properly capped after use.  This regulator was functioning normally when the tool was decommissioned.
NOTE:
Decontaminated - CLEAN, was refurbished by Coastal Instruments. Argon purge, VCR fittings checked for leaks and in GOOD condition.
Was pulled from working tool with Ar (ARGON) gas in clean room environment, no contamination, no corrosion.
Professionally store in sealed bag.
These units are in excellent condition, high  commercial grade quality.
