    Description

    Here is the 5 1/2 inch, 3 footed Mayonnaise in the Mt. Pleasant or Double Shield pattern made by L.E. Smith Glass Company between 1920 to 1934.  The color is a great black amethyst, which is black to the eye, but purple when held up to the sun.  This mayonnaise is in mint condition, with no chips, cracks or rough spots.
