Beautiful Vase made in France marked on the bottom along with 500. I believe this is actually a On The Rocks glass or tumbler but I've always used it as a vase.  Gorgeous Cobalt Blue glass with a flat panel pattern around the sides and a band along the top edge. This vase is perfectly fit with a clear glass 11 hole flower frog.   Beautiful used vintage condition, clean with no chips or roughness on either piece.   Wonderful way to display your prettiest flowers from your garden.  I love finding these pretty vintage glass pieces and fitting them with flower frogs.  Gives them a whole new function.  Many other uses too.  Quilters display their prettiest embroidery and sewing scissors, great way to display your most prizes glass marbles.  My favorite is to use a LED Tea light candle for a perfect night light in any room.  Keep the frog on for extra sparkle.  Possibilities are endless.
The bowl is 3 1/2 inches tall and 3 1/2 inches wide at the top.
