Notes:
Please make sure that the 2.4GHz of your router is enabled, because when the APP pair to the product, it use 2.4GHz WiFi. By default, the 2.4GHz have already been enabled in most of router.
Please configure the smart door sensor according to the following steps:
1. Press the disassemble button to remove the cover
2. Press the reset button for about six seconds > red light flashes quickly
3. Connect your mobile device to a 2.4GHz WiFi network
4. Go to the app > click on "+" > select "Security & Sensors" > select "Sensor (Wi-Fi)" > click on "Confirm light flashes quickly"
5. Select the same 2.4GHz WiFi network as your mobile device > enter your password > click "confirm"
The door sensor itself does not have sound, and the door sensor will send an information notification to your phone, you can choose the sound or vibration notification.
