Pump Care
Pump care is essential to the longevity of fountain. Please clean your pump every 4-6 weeks following the instructions below:
Step 1: Remove the pump screen.
Step 2: Place your finger nail under the pointed end of the impeller cover and pull it off.
Step 3: Take out the impeller and clean the parts with soap and warm water. If your pump stops working it is almost certain that the turning of the impeller is stopped by debris trapped in the impeller well. In this case, simply use a tooth pick or Q-tip to clean the inside.
