Teeth Whitening Gel Direction:
Step 1: Open the back of the LED light and take out the clear plastic disk between the 2 batteries. Re-insert the 2 batteries and keep the + side up. Lock the battery door firmly and press the button on the front face to ensure that the blue light may turn on.
Step 2: Make sure the Mouth Tray is clear and dry before any use because the moisture can reduce the efficacy; Attach the mouth tray to the front of the light and sure that they are assembled firmly.
Step 3: Remove the cap on the top of the gel syringe, and add a long cap to the top of the gel syringe. Apply 0.5ml of the teeth whitening gel to the top and bottom of the mouth tray. Brush your teeth each time before using a tray. Turn on the light and insert the tray connected with the light to your mouth and over your teeth.
Step 4: Wear the tray and enjoy the whitening between 15-30 minutes for the best results. The light beeps and shuts off in 10 intervals for reminding. The using time is determined by your tooth sensitivity.
Step 5: Remove the mouth tray and rinse your mouth with water. Avoid eating and drinking staining foods for 1 hour after whitening.
Remineralization Gel Direction:
Step 1: Brush your teeth each time before using the remineralization gel, the remineralization gel is most effective on clean teeth;
Step 2: Make sure that dental trays are clean and dry before applying gel, because the moisture can reduces the efficacy;
Step 3: Unscrew the small blue cap from the tube and put on the long blue cap. Apply 0.5ml gel around the bottom interior of the dental tray;
Step 4: Position the dental tray over your teeth and press gently so that the gel covers the entire surface of your teeth, discard any overflow gel by spitting or wiping it from your mouth. Wear dental trays as needed from 5 to 60 minutes;
Step 5: Upon completion of your remineralization session, clean the dental trays with warm water and toothbrush and store in a safe place;
