This is a Madame Alexander Collectible Classics Christmas figurine

It is made of porcelain and measures as shown, includes original box and COA
This figurine is battery operated (2 AA batteries included) and still works -- the little Christmas tree she's holding lights up and blinks
There is a small chip on the rim of her hat, but no other damage and it still works fine
