MicroXAM-100 Surface Mapping Microscope With Phase Shift Tech - Read Listing

Description

Up for sale is a MicroXAM-100 Surface Mapping Microscope nearly complete and in excellent condition aside from a couple minor superficial marks. Please note that I do not have direct experience with using this type of equipment. That being said, this unit includes the Nikon CFWN 10x/20 trinocular head with Nikon 50W AD model LHS-H50C-1; vertical arm with top and bottom clamp mounts and cable bank shown in the photos; Nikon 2.5x/0.075 TI objective lens; and stage with sample plate and liquid level.
The trinocular head sits atop the arm as seen in the photos, but I was not able to determine any sort of locking mechanism to hold it in place should the microscope be bumped. Unfortunately I don’t know if this is how it is intended to be used or if there is a missing component. Please note the sliding lens piece shown in the fourth photo does not have a lens.
All lenses are clean and all articulating parts have been tested and are in perfect working order. I did not have the power supply or software to test the Nikon unit or cable bank; that being said, I’m more than happy to help should any issues arise, so please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions before and after the sale.
