**All Two-Way Radio Equipment carries a guarantee that the unit/s you purchase do not arrive “DOA”.  There are no other warrantees unless specifically stated in the listing. If you receive a unit that is inoperative upon arrival and you have verified that it is defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery receipt. An RMA number will be issued as well as a return label for your convenience. Upon receipt at our location, we will diagnose the problem within 2 business days and report back to you with the results. If the unit tests defective we will give the buyer the option of a full refund or replacement if we have the same item in stock. If the unit tests ok and is not defective it will be returned to the buyer. In this case the shipping back to the buyer as well as the return shipping that was prepaid by us will be billed to the buyer. Most equipment is fitted with tamperproof seals and if equipment is returned and the seal has been tampered with or broken these voids any guarantees or warranties we provide and equipment will be returned to buyer at their expense.

**DOA Return Policy:
DOA unit must be identified and reported to us within three (3) days of proof of delivery of the equipment. The day count begins the day after delivery with weekends and holidays included in the day count. Claims must be in writing in the form of a message to us through the eBay system. Message should include description of failure when unit was received by buyer with as much detail as possible included in the message. Once we receive your DOA claim we will examine your claim and respond to you with a Return Authorization number for the return of the item if warranted. DOA's are defined as a unit that does not power up or does not initialize through its power on cycle. DOA's do not constitute equipment that is purchased and found by the buyer not to fit their needs and buyer finds once they receive it that it was not what they thought it was. Buyer should have the technical or mechanical ability to make it operational for their particular application. Special programming including security or password retrieval or additional software and/or equipment to operate it that was not included in the sale is NOT considered DOA. This is the responsibility of the buyer to provide these additional services or accessories.  All our equipment listed for sale comes included with the items and accessories that are explicitly shown in the pictures and written description that accompany the EBAY or “For Sale” listing. Please do not assume anything else comes along with it, all pictures that are listed as part of the auction are pictures of the actual unit that is being sold including any pictures that depict serial numbers and any included accessories unless otherwise stated in the listing.  If there are any questions that may come up while reading through one of our listings, please do not hesitate to ask questions prior to bidding.
