The Nelson (1200 B) Watering System is the perfect way to ensure that your dog has access to clean, fresh water at all times. Just like a person, a dog can’t go without water. Based on the season, temperature and feeding, your dog’s thirst patterns change. No matter what your schedule is, the best way to make sure that your dog always has water is to use an automatic waterer.
Made of stainless steel (and not plastic), the Nelson Waterer is basically indestructible. This Nelson Waterer mounts neatly on a wall or kennel pole, and attaches to a nearby faucet to provide constant, fresh water. The adapter for the faucet is able to be mounted on either side of the waterer. When your dog drinks down the water, the float drops and activates the refill. This keeps the water both fresh and plentiful. The float, valve and assembly stays protected by its stainless steel panel so that the dog never has access to it. It features a removable drinking bowl for quick cleaning.
The Nelson Waterer comes equipped with a 12” hose, however a standard garden hose can be used if you need a connection. If your dog happens to chew the hose, you can replace it with a metal washing machine hose and female to male adapter.
