    Description

    Up for sale is a rare pair of antique 18th century French wrought iron cage stirrups.
    They're
    made by hand out of thick wrought iron, have nice weight, and have acquired a lovely patina from age.
    They are done in a
    lovely
    cage design and
    once resided in a museum and still bear the item numbers underneath.
    Each measures 7 1/4 inches long by 5 3/4 inches tall by 6 inches wide.
    One stirrup is missing a cage arm and both have tied metal wire to support where the bottom meets the front.
