This spinner had 2 layers that can spin independent of each other using a dual bearing system.
The large center skull, where you grip the spinner, lays on top of the 1st layer which has 5 protruding arms in the shape of miniature skulls can spin by itself or in conjunction with the larger bottom layer composed of 6 large arms.
Both layers can spin in the same direction or in opposite directions at the same time.
