The remote works off a radio signal.
It can be used on direct-vent fireplaces, ventless fireplaces with a millivolt valve, B-vent fireplaces, gas logs with a remote capable millivolt valve.
This remote can turn the unit on, off, or use the thermostatic mode to control room temperature.
This has an LCD screen and can set temperature to exact numbers. This also has a clock.
No need to run wires through walls to set up a thermostat.
This is a
